All services are by appointment only. New clients begin with a Meet & Greet. Once approved for services, clients receive access to our secure client portal where they can request reservations, complete required forms and e-sign agreements, manage payment information, and receive daily updates, photos, and videos
For boarding and daycare, dogs must be friendly, social, spayed or neutered, at least 6 months old, and current on vaccinations. A Meet & Greet is required before services can be approved
All services are prepaid in order to reserve your dates on our schedule. Holiday and peak travel periods may include additional premium fees.
Yes. Holiday premium pricing applies to all services during major holidays and peak travel periods including select three-day weekends, Thanksgiving week, Mardi Gras season, and December 23 through January 1.
Our overnight house sitting services include evening through morning care with extended human companionship in your home. Service details, included visits, check-in/check-out times, and premium options vary by package and are listed on our Rates & Booking page.
Yes. We offer discounted prepaid monthly dog walking packages for clients needing recurring weekday visits multiple times per week.
Depending on the amount of notice provided, reservation credits may be issued toward future services in accordance with our cancellation policy. Because time is specifically reserved for each client and pet, completed and canceled services are non-refundable. Holiday and peak travel reservations may have separate cancellation terms. Full policy details are provided within our client portal and service agreement prior to booking.
For safety, meals, rest periods, and unsupervised times, guest dogs may be comfortably crated as needed.
Meet & Greets help ensure the safety, comfort, and compatibility of everyone involved. They allow us to learn about your pet’s personality, routines, behavior, and care needs while helping pets become familiar with us before services begin.
